HOW YOU CAN MAKE A CONTRIBUTION Friends and OBGC understand that each and every supporter of this development programme has a different “capacity” to provide financial support and we have therefore identified a number of methods to provide flexibility as well as ensuring these do not conflict with the current income sources obtained by the Club. We provide the following as a means for you as a Supporter to select a donation method that suits your circumstances.

1) Member and Community Donations We ask all Members who are in support of this development provide one-off donations as well as pledges for future donations. These Donations will be TAX DEDUCTIBLE and a formal Receipt will be provided to support each Donation. Recognition of their name on Donors Board inside the Clubhouse will be provided for all Donations exceeding $500. Donations of less than $500 will obviously be accepted and appreciated.

2) Hole naming rights We will develop in conjunction with the Club an exclusive Hole Sponsorship opportunity which will consist of the purchase of Hole Naming Rights for a period of minimum 5 to 10 Years for a minimum 5 Years at a cost of $5,000. A 10-year Sponsorship will cost $10,000.

In Return, the Sponsor will be granted the right to:

• Display their Corporate or personal name on a Tee Sign adjacent to the Tee Box

• Recognition of their name on a Tee Sponsors Board inside the Clubhouse

• Recognition of their name on the Scorecard

• Recognition of their name in a Course Guide when developed

• 10 free Rounds of Golf per annum for the duration of their sponsorship for each $5,000 donation

• Tax Deductibility for personal sponsorships • Invitation to the annual Sponsors Day.

3) Irrigation Sprinkler Heads “Donate to Irrigate”

We will develop in conjunction with the Club a “named” Sprinkler Head for a cost of a $500 Donation.

The plan will be to “sell” the 500 Sprinkler Heads around the course. In Return, the Sponsor will be granted the right to:

• Recognition of their name on a Sponsors Board inside the Clubhouse

• Tax Deductibility for personal sponsorships

4) Sustaining Memberships

 Request for a 3 or 5-year pledge donation commitment at a level in addition to standard club membership fees

 Commitment levels of $500, $1000 or $2000/year (or more obviously, if offered)

 Individuals would get an immediate tax credit of 33.3% so a $500 commitment would nett at $333 per year, $1000 at $667 and $2000 at $1334

 The Club supports this with some form of recognition (to be agreed – e.g., inside the Clubhouse, a donators wall on the course, a coloured membership bag tag or whatever), or some other recognition such as at the Pro Am or in some other way the Club might suggest
